And according to this is my guardian angel is Uriel..which cracks me up, because Uriel is one of my favorite characters in Angel Sanctuary :3 Speaking of Angel Sanctuary... I still can't find the Angel Cage artbook.. ;.; Books 1-17 are together and intact though, which is cool...

Personally, I'm very skeptical on any information about angel names and origins. I've read a lot of books (my mom collects'em) and been to a lot of websites and read some corresponding but mostly conflicting information. The fact is that a lot of religious groups thought it was blasphemous to assign names and titles to the majority of the angels.. which is probably why all this info conflicts. For example, on a lot of what I've read, Samael is tagged as the Angel of Death (not just in Evangelion or whatever, but in actual books I've read concerning angels), but he is also the 'Angelic Policeman' as I was recently informed.. and I'm sure he's other things, too. (the aformentioned Angels page has some pretty nice things to say about him, that's for sure :3)

But between my mother and myself we have a pretty healthy angel obsession.. mom has all kinds of books, paintings (including a very beautiful one of an angel with dark brown/black wings and long black hair playing a harp), statues, et cetera. We just like our angels at this house. :B
