...blah. I dislike it when people say they're going to do something and then they never do it. It's one thing to say you'll do something and change your mind (which is mildly annoying, but tolerable), but it's just unforgivable to say you will and then keep saying you will and then NOT EVER DOING IT.... X.X
...and it happens to me a lot. -- I take some time, sometimes (like with picture requests :B ::fluffs steph::), but I always keep my promises. I make it a point. (which is why you'll rarely see me promising to finish a story by a certain time, cos that's usually a promise I can't keep XD)

It's okay if you don't want to do something if I asked you to, or if you say yes but then later change your mind, but to keep saying you will and not ever doing anything is just.. it's mean. --
