He's from the second series of Claris.. if he looks girly, then good, because he is. =P He's an angel (like his partner-in-crime Cadmiel), and angels are born genderless...but they develop a gender as they grow. Anyway, Tialiel is developing into a male, but he wants to be a girl. So he's quite conflicted.
