An interesting thing I've noticed in HP fanfics...

Lucius (Draco's father, not my hypergenki evil angelboy :B;) is always depicted as being one or more of the following:
1. alcoholic
2. physically abusive
3. sexually abusive (o.O)
4. Having severe anger management problems

Really the only one I find plausible is 2 and in some cases 4... Since he doesn't hesitate to hit Draco a little bit even in the books..but I think in general he's very good at keeping his temper down--after all, it was Arthur who jumped him first when they fought, remember. ^^; I think if he's abusive at all it's more mental than anything--just saying destructive things, or ripping a person apart psychologically. Not really physical unless he absolutely has to.

That's just how I see it anyways.. xx
