I shall post what I read in Tengu's blog concerning addr to reassure all (and myself, sinc kurai is with addr as well :b;):

Dear Valued Addr.com Customer,

Thank you for contacting Addr.com support. Our company is definitely
not closing it's doors.
Recently we were notified of an erroneous email message, stating fictitious
information about Addr.com. The email was sent from a person, or
company, misleadingly representing
themselves as Addr.com. It is important to understand that Addr.com does
not, has not, nor will
ever need to utilize the services of YahooTM to email customers. The
inflammatory emails about Addr.com originated from a YahooTM account
(ADDR_help@yahoo.com).
Addr.com has been in business since 1997, and has every intention of
remaining so for many years to come. It is only through our efforts and the
support of our fine customers that we will continue to remain successful,
and be able to continue to offer the highest level of service and customer
satisfaction. We place our customers' security and privacy above all else.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or distress this situation
may have caused you. If you have any questions, or would like to discuss
this matter further, please feel free to contact us at 720.489.9969.

Sincerely,
Addr.com Management

There you go.
