Solid proof that my Physics teacher is Evil, or at least just Not Very Nice:

The last time we had a test, I complained about doing poorly because I had read the chapter prior to the test. The teacher told me that this was a dumb thing to do, as reading the book would serve only to confuse me. I read the book in the first place because her previous tests (admittedly excepting the referring test, but how the hell was I to know that) had all had multiple choice questions taken directly from the book. But, after being told not to, I didn't. The test I had to stay after and make up today was allegedly from a set of worksheets we had done in class. She made it clear that these sheets were to be our only study material, and, given her previous words to me, I studied only them and not the chapter. The test she gave me (and another girl, who also recognized this unfairness) WAS ENTIRELY FROM THE BOOK. The ONLY WAY to have scored well on that test WAS TO HAVE READ THE CHAPTER. And, on her scolding, I DID NOT. I was not utterly lost, of course, but I would estimate that at least four questions dealt with concepts NOT EVEN MENTIONED ON THE SHEETS. Needless to say I was pretty pissed off. Ugh. HATE that class. x__x
