'Days Go By' makes me want to shake my booty... but booty shaking is not advisable on a full stomach.
Today was a day of much goodness. Right now if anyone asks me how I am I can say with confidence that I AM GOOD.
The Mexican dinner went well, at least in terms of me finding food that pleased my stomach. I had tacos, and lo, they were good.
Thanks for the suggestions though, y'all. To be honest I'm not fond of guacamole. ^_^; Or quesadillas. My tastes are just not refined in that matter. But those were some fine tacos. Real, seasoned beef.. not whatever it is they use for their meat at Taco Bell (no, I do not want to know).
The girls were all very nice. I made myself look like a normal human girl--that is, with makeup and all--so I would not frighten them upon arrival. Two of them smoked though, and as I sat there I thought 'I can feel my lungs blackening' but naturally I didn't chastise or bring it up--that's rude, and if they want to smoke it's their business. I just hate the feeling of inhaling smoke. (they were both English majors... maybe I should be worried) Most of the incoming freshmen there graduated from an all-girls' school in the area. So while they were saying things like 'My graduating class consisted of 57 people...' I'm saying 'Umm, I had 389...' But they were nice, even when my mother embarrassed me by forcing me to call over the two girls hosting as they were leaving so she could harrass them. I love my mother, but... n_n
Anyway it turned out better than I expected it would. But then I expect all of my social outings to end in nothing short of disaster, so pretty much anything that happens when I go out is better than expected (unless it is a disaster =p).
