Looks like Mom has finally accepted that I don't intend to rush, nor do I intend to join a sorority. Fuck dat shit. =P

In other college related news, we just read an email from roomie's mother, who did apologize for buying seventeen boxes worth of stuff, but also added that she'd BOUGHT ME a bed set. HUH? I appreciate the generosity of these people, but... WHAT? In the email she wrote that it's the colors I like--purple and green, I think--but I have no idea what it looks like, and since she said the pattern she chose for Whitney was blue and white when in fact it's really blue with ugly yellow flowers and yellow striped lining...

Besides that, Mom chose for me a pattern that is actually blue and white. Not my favorite thing in the world, but it's something I can live with.
