[MASSIVE SOCIAL BLOGGING POST PART I]

Aw, that is such a nice compliment, Donna, because that's just what I try to do...I want to write about events and people that are completely crazy and absurd, but still have it and them be, you know...grounded, somehow. And if you want to know your characters more, I suggest this fabulous character chart. It's lengthy, but it really forces you to think about (and thusly, 'get to know') your characters. I have found that this method and RPing are the only two that work for me when it comes to discovering traits and such about my characters (aside from, of course, actually WRITING the story, which is the best method hands down IMO, but most people like to know things about their characters before writing...helps you plot it better)--RPing is less work, because discoveries just sort of happen (I have found out many things about Donovan just by RPing him for a short time), but it can't always be done (for a number of reasons -_-)... so the only other way is just to sit and ask yourself questions about the character. This chart has a lot of good ones aside from the basics.

Lazarus J keeps getting better and better. X3 I have always wanted to do double pages once or twice for Karma (to make up for my irresponsible updating), and now that I know the secret, I shall! Maybe today in fact, because the one page I have now is sorta bad.

Kristen's room is cool (found the photo in your cleared out blog directory..)~ we just got a digital camera recently, so perhaps you can all see photos of my uncool room soon enough (I know you're excited)

I have a hard time picking themes for anything... Hmmm... I think if I were a villain, my theme would be... ::waffles:: Either 'Goodbye' by Gravity Kills or 'Powderburn' by Powerman 5000 (I think that's what it's called). Something with the word 'fuck' in it, because I would be an angry and violent villain =P

B, I like Bryan Adams.. XD Mostly because of my Dad, who also likes him (though,of course, dad's favorite band is obviously the Eagles, but that's neither here nor there). I guess his songs are kind of sappy, but I'm a pretty sentimental person at heart.

Wow, that portal of evil livejournal thing is... evil. XD But not undeserved, kind of. I considered getting an LJ once or twice (mainly for the purpose of not having to post anonymously in the LJs of friends), but I discovered that you have to get a CODE from some other LJ user to sign up and all this nonsense and it's just 'Umm, screw that.' And I like your layout :3 Cosmo is my favorite FO character XD
