Goddammit my throat hurts ::coating it with milk:: I have a paper for English to do and an extra credit thing for Physics, but my mind is so out there right now... .__.;
Ah, ReBlogger just moved... I changed the script; everyone else should too. Thanks for the heads-up, Whitebeam. :3
I like this guy. It's nice to find people that agree that the PS2 is one of the sexiest (if not -the- sexiest) gaming consoles around. :3
And speaking of that ::wondering who else noticed the portrait of the moose-vampire guy from that one meanwhile on the wall in the bandage-lady's house::
Also I'm sorry I did not respond when you messaged me last night Tengu... Ali-fluff came over and I forgot to put up an away message. She brought me Greek plays and made me un-lonely. :3

Yeah, you got a problem with that? =P If you're allowed to homage all the time, I am too. =P
My parents are gone, my throat is sore, I'm alone with my brother, and ReBlogger seems to have screwed up. I am not pleased.

Okeedokee, it's up (and ugly, but c'est la vie).

Also, there will be new KS tomorrow (though it will be as ugly as the current page.. still no program! argh!) but it won't be up until probably 4 or 5 CST because I don't have the time/energy to do it tonight... >__>; So check for it around then, if you care...^^;
I think I'm going to start writing up discussion questions for the end of Claris's chapters, just to force thoughtful commentary out of people. Because I know that sometimes people want to remark, but they don't quite know what to say or what the author wants to hear about (or at least, I have that problem when commenting on something). So I'm wondering what you all (that is, those of you that read Claris, if you're not reading obviously you got nothing to say to these) are thinking about the following:
What could be the significance of the feather? Why would he have it given to her, and what properties might it have?
What's up with the unleased lot? What's in there besides a lot of over sized rats?
Why would Metatron falter on Sean's name and not recall Ireul/Donovan and Shamshiel/Lucius?
What's Sean's 'job'? Does it have to do with where he goes off to every night?
And, I want to know what readers think of Donovan's character, since it got some development here.. and the characters in general.

You know, if you don't like my story, you don't have to read it (unless you are my friend, in which case, yes, you are legally bound by the laws of friendship to read). There is no gun to your head. But if you do read it, and you do comment, I would appreciate if you would at least refrain from smarmy comments and instead give either real critcism or nice commentary (like Ali, goddess of the proper way to comment on a piece of writing).
BRYAN: Do you have any notecards somewhere?
ME: Somewhere...
BRYAN: I will search your room with malicious intent to search and destroy. (goes, returns with notecards) Obviously I am a highly intelligent being.
ME: Did you find my plans for world domination?
BRYAN: Yep. I changed them a little bit--you had a flaw in part III of section 2.

Ah, back in school, back to life sucking! I need to get posterboard so I can do Physics extra credit.. that way, even if it does not help, I can still say 'but I even did extra credit and everything!' to my parents. Tomorrow is this military aptitude test for the juniors though, so I'll be missing at least one period of pain, I think... and there's a pep rally on Friday.

I think a LARP like Dungeons & Dragons or something would be fun for me to participate in, but none of my friends is involved with pen & paper/live action gaming. .__.
Then I'm walking in Memphis
Walking with my feet ten feet off of Beale
Walking in Memphis
But do I really feel the way I feel
I love this song... but you know, despite living down here, I've never been to Beale Street.

I've pretty much given up on pages hosted at virtue.nu. I swear, that server NEVER works for me, and when it does, it's excruciatingly slow.
I hate when people expect me to carry a conversation alone. If you've got nothing to say, I'VE got nothing to say, god damn it, especially when you think everything I say is just the most boring tripe ever to leave a human being's mouth. Usually the only time I can think of interesting conversation--whether it's with a stranger or someone I know well--is about my work, about current events, or about movies. I like to talk about abstract ideas and religion too, but most of my friends shy away from those kinds of talks. :3;
And usually I won't discuss my work with people I don't know, because... I don't know, it makes me feel weird when I'm talking to someone I hardly know and suddenly they start giving an unsolicited discourse on this story they've written, which I've never read either because I haven't been to their page or it's not up anywhere. So I assume that me talking about my own things would make strangers feel weird as well.
But, I like talking about my work here, which is technically talking to a whole mass of strangers, but I assume that if you read this blog regularly then you've read Claris or Clarity or Karma Slave or something. ^_^;
And speaking of Karma Slave--um, it's Labor Day, that's my excuse. XP I promise though, on Friday, graphics program or not, the schedule will be back to normal. The pages will look uglier than normal for a while, but I really hate having the story at a standstill, especially when (I think) it's just starting to getting semi-interesting.
Meanwhile, I'll try to get Claris's second chapter done by the end of today...

I finally saw the Lady Marmalade video and the Gorillaz Clint Eastwood video today, so that's nice, because I've been wanting to see both forever. Bryan looked at Christina Aguilera in Marmalade and said 'That's what we call whore-paint.'
Umm, Happy Labor Day. The best thing about three-day weekends, besides an extra day off, is the shortened week ahead. Personally I think 3-day weekends should be the norm. Bryan's still going to the theater to work today though...

I think I'm going to start bringing a notepad into the movies I go see because I'm thinking of being a film critic...
On the Mononoke DVD featurette, there was a little bit with Neil Gaiman talking about translating it... besides a few poor photos, this is the first I've gotten to see what he looks like (and the first time I've heard his voice). I also learned that Gillian Anderson has a Kodama keychain. XD
Those Gap commercials with that skinny blond woman really annoy me. I don't know why, but she gets on my nerves. x__x;
So I IM'ed the guy and he apologized... I doubt there's anything he really could have done, and yeah, most of my threats to him were idle. ^_^; (I did say something to AOL, but they'll probably ignore it or not care) Today hasn't been a very good day, which is probably why I over-reacted... x__x Neotracer (the thing I used to trace his IP) is really awesome though: it can provide a location, along with a map to that location, and a bunch of other interesting information.
Anime domains just keep getting worse and worse. And here's why.
